The Nakiri knife from MIYABI from the 5000FCD series turns even simple kitchen activities such as peeling and cutting fruit and vegetables into an optical experience. The 17 cm long blade, with a core is made of FC61 hard steel, is covered with 48 layers of stainless steel. This gives the blade its unique Damask pattern. During production, FRIODUR blades are additionally refined with special ice-hardening. This makes it extremely corrosion-proof and durable. At the same time, the blade is particularly thin - making it ideal for cutting fine slices of cucumber or tomatoes, for example. This Japanese vegetable knife combines incredible sharpness with aesthetic design and Far Eastern elegance. A knife that will delight collectors in particular. Because the Damask pattern on the blade is unique - no two knives are alike.
